If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we ask that you follow the guidelines below to ensure we can provide the best service to all of our clients. 1. Cancellation Guidelines - Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment will incur a cancellation fee, which will be the retain of the deposit paid at the time of booking. - Maximum of 3 cancellations within the 24-hour time frame are allowed. If a client cancels the same appointment more than 3 times, the appointment will be considered finalised, and any future bookings will be at the discretion of the store owner. 2. Rescheduling You may reschedule your appointment within the 24-hour cancellation period, but if the appointment is rescheduled more than 3 times, it will be considered done. 3. No-Show Policy In the event of a no-show, the full deposit is forfeited, and the booking will be considered complete.
